Kimberly L. Goodwin

Human Resource Director

Kimberly L. Goodwin is the HR Director of Learning to Konnect. Throughout her career, Kimberly has played a key role in promoting quality health outcomes by identifying and addressing barriers for improvement, including the social determinants of health that impact our communities.

Kimberly also has extensive experience in fostering patient-centered medical care by managing high-risk patient cases, including individuals with multiple co-morbidities or elevated health risks at programs such as the Ryan White Program and the Free Medical Clinic. She has dedicated more than 15 years to evaluating patients for social determinants of health that may affect their ability to meet service delivery goals. These determinants may include financial limitations, geographic challenges, transportation needs, health and medication literacy, and cultural factors.

Tania Stamp has been a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) since 2003, bringing over 20 years of experience in patient care, healthcare consulting, and entrepreneurship. As a dedicated healthcare consultant and nonprofit director, she combines medical expertise with strategic leadership to improve care delivery, empower communities, and create sustainable impact. Passionate about service, Tania continues to lead with compassion, innovation, and a strong commitment to positive change.

Whether she is wearing a nurse’s uniform, consulting with healthcare teams, or leading nonprofit initiatives, her mission remains the same: to heal, empower, and create lasting change.
